Purchase the protein plan for high school girls swimmers here. This plan runs 8/6/18 through 11/3/18.
Swimmers now have the option to take a whey protein with vitamins, at each practice. This protein plan will be take the place of chocolate milk during the high school swim season. Athletes can choose to bring milk to mix with the protein or use water. Rails Swimming (and their boosters) will no longer be supplying milk.
By purchasing this protein plan, I give permission for my student athlete to consume the protein powder on a daily basis while they train with the LHS Rails or SDMS Seahawks swim teams, both during the off-season and as part of the high school season.
