HS SPRING ONLY Off Season 2023

All high school swimmers (including current 8th graders) are welcome to choose to take advantage of spring workouts prior to the summer camp beginning. Workouts will be offered M/W/TH 4:30-6:30 PM starting 3/20/23 and continuing through 6/1/23. These are 100% swimming workouts held at Lincoln HS.
